The African Centre for Justice and Peace Studies (ACJPS) submits this report to the African Commission on Human People’s Rights (ACHPR) Hybrid Joint Fact-Finding Mission on Sudan to provide insights into the severe humanrights violations occurring in Sudan since the war began on April 15, 2023. ACJPS is a Sudanese non-profit, non-governmental organization focused on monitoring and promoting respect for human rights and legal reform in Sudan.
